The Challenge Address inconsistencies in curriculum delivery and teaching quality to ensure every pupil achieves their full potential. Enhance support for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and improve their academic outcomes. Develop and implement robust systems for assessing and addressing gaps in students’ reading and learning. Build a culture of high expectations, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement across the school. Strengthen oversight of alternative provision to ensure it meets the needs of all students. Expertise in curriculum development, teaching, and learning strategies to achieve exceptional educational outcomes. Strong skills in leading SEND provision and ensuring inclusivity and equity in education. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to engage and inspire staff, students, parents, and the wider community. A resilient, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage complex challenges effectively.
