Required by a large, complex organisation. Your role will be to provide initial triage to all tickets and support requests received by the IT Service Desk. You should have previous technical support experience in a similar capacity. Experience in supporting Audio Visual (AV) hardware, software, and services is a strong advantage. The role requires 5 days/week on-site presence in Bath. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy service desk, supporting a wide range of systems and technologies.
