Full Time/Permanent position Monday - Friday over 37.5 hours Isle of Wight - Isle of Wight £55,000 to £61,000 + Attractive Benefits package Remit Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a leading healthcare provider in their search for a Clinical Pharmacist to work within their Prison healthcare service located on the Isle of Wight. The group provide a range of healthcare services across NHS, local authorities and other partners and are well-renowned for the excellent standard of clinical services and care they provide. One of England's largest independent healthcare providers, they offer reputable utilities across health and justice. The provider is currently searching for an experienced Pharmacist to provide their pharmaceutical knowledge and experience in overseeing the medicines management service across their prison site based on the Isle of Wight. You will be responsible for promoting patient-centred clinical practice overseeing medication reviews and reconciliation, as well as ensuring service is provided in a timely manner.
