Job Title: HCPC Registered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist Salary: £55,000 – £75,000 pro rata depending on experience Hours: Part-time 3 days per week Annual leave: 27- 32 days + bank holidays (prorated) Benefits: Health insurance, Pension, Supervision and CPD opportunities Contract: Permanent (subject to probationary period) Accountable to: Directors of Clinical Services CRB Check: Enhanced Level of Disclosure Location: Central London

Purpose of the job:

The post-holder will provide a specialist psychology service to clients of The Chelsea Psychology Clinic (TCPC). They will offer assessment, formulation and evidence-based intervention for our clients from diverse backgrounds presenting with a range of difficulties as typically seen in primary care settings. The post holder will be required to utilise specialist therapy skills to deliver individual interventions, adapted flexibly and creatively for adults with mental health needs.

We are looking for a psychologist experienced in working with clients aged 18+ in NHS or private mental health settings. In particular, we are interested in candidates with experience of working with complex presentations and neurodevelopmental conditions. Experience and training in Schema Therapy, DBT, EMDR, and Couples Therapy would be an advantage.

The post-holder will be expected to see a set number of clients per week at suitable clinic times. You will be expected to work at least 1 evening clinic per week.

We offer monthly supervision, peer groups, team meetings and quarterly events so you feel connected to a team and have various opportunities for professional development. We also have a dedicated Assistant Psychologist and billing team that will assist with your caseload and communication with clients.
