The candidate will provide support for all members of staff in accessing and using numerous clinical and non-clinical systems. This includes password management, document delivery, information leaflet management, testing, and documentation. Support is provided via telephone, email, or in person. They must have excellent written and communication skills and be proficient in the use of computers and associated office systems like Microsoft Office. The candidate will be part of a small rota team providing out-of-hours on-call services after training is complete. Working in a small, enthusiastic team, they will have opportunities to input ideas into new systems or upgrade existing ones.
