Implement effective solutions to recurring IT issues and document best practices. Support client IT infrastructure, both remotely and on-site, ensuring minimal downtime. Stay up to date with the latest security threats and implement proactive measures to safeguard systems. Collaborate with corporate IT teams and vendors on advanced technical projects. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing across the team.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and networking infrastructure. Proven experience in troubleshooting complex IT issues. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, ITIL Foundation) are highly desirable.
