A smart and creative Salesforce developer with good experience, an eye for detail and the ability to develop high-quality Salesforce applications that fulfil the requirements of our clients. You should have extensive experience with LWC’s and an interest in user interfaces, alongside a strong foundational knowledge of the Salesforce Platform. You should care about quality, be naturally inquisitive and provide creative solutions to complex problems. Responsibilities
Developing high-quality, standards compliant Salesforce applications that meet the needs and requirements of our clients. Working with colleagues to identify and define excellent technical solutions to functional and technical challenges. Working to, maintaining and improving our development and technical standards. Supporting the development of colleagues through mentorship and, potentially, line management. Working within project teams to support the development objectives of particular client projects. Ensuring the effectiveness of our development operations and enacting changes to improve performance where necessary. Experience
You should have at least 4 years of experience working as a Salesforce developer that allows you to demonstrate competency with: DevOps: Git and GitHub (or similar) Package based development Scratch Orgs A CI tool Programming: Apex HTML CSS The Salesforce Platform: Metadata API Flow Experience Cloud Service Cloud Qualifications
