Our client, an established architectural practice are currently seeking a talented Senior Architect to join their expanding team based in Chichester. You will have the opportunity to work for an architectural practice that have an excellent reputation in the area as well as the opportunity to work on various residential, education and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Architect to work on within a busy, Revit using architectural practice with progression opportunities.
Our client currently works on a range of education and residential projects; they do also work on some commercial developments. They are well established and have built an excellent relationship with a variety of clientele, allowing them to have a vast range in projects, sectors and project values. This role would suit an individual with both an excellent work ethic and at least 3 years as an ARB Registered Architect. The most suitable Senior Architect will have experience in using Revit for at least 2 years, and have a sound understanding of all RIBA stages.
Our client requires the Senior Architect to be able to coordinate a team effectively, handle contractors, deliver projects and have a good knowledge across all RIBA Stages.
Senior Architect Position Overview
Liaise with contractors Client facing role Use Revit on a daily basis Work collaboratively as well as independently at times Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders Interpret briefs, work to deadlines and be adaptable whilst working to strict deadlines / budgets Dealing with clients, and a proactive team player with a collaborative mindset Run projects and manage project teams Work on a variety of exciting Education, Residential and Commercial projects
Senior Architect Position Requirements
3+ years' experience as an ARB Registered Architect and ideally working in a Senior capacity Able to be reliable and confident in front of clients and contractors Good knowledge of Revit Ideally experience in either the commercial or education sector Live within a commutable distance of Chichester Good knowledge of all RIBA Stages
