We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our clients team on a permanent basis in the Swansea area.

Job Description: As an Experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a variety of fit-out projects from inception to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong project management experience in the fit-out industry who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure all safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met. Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients. Manage project risks and resolve any challenges that may arise during the course of the project. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing fit-out projects. Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail. Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and construction standards. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A relevant degree or qualification in construction management or a related field is desirable. CSCS Card and SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred.
