Operations Manager
London 3 x per week
£35,000 - £40,000 - 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), Free Lunch on Wednesdays
Exciting opportunity for an ambitious Operations Manager to join a Social Impact & TechForGood startup.
This early stage startup is at the forefront of bridging the STEM skills gap in the UK and tackling the Tech & Electronics Waste problem head-on to support young people and the planet.
In this role, you will work closely with the 3 founders by taking responsibility for cross-functional coordination such as customer management, inventory and supply chain management, and regulatory compliance. You will be building and implementing processes to support the business to grow.
The ideal candidate will be skilled in analysing data to make informed decisions and effectively allocate resources for maximum impact, and have previous experience in logistics or operations.
