My ambitious and growing client has fantastic and rare opportunities for Sales and Business Development professionals to join their new and growing team at this exciting time of their journey. You don’t need experience necessarily, but you do need to have the confidence to deal with the next level of high-growth, next-generation businesses, and successful professionals, offering the right support and advice as they scale.

About the role:

You will be responsible for developing relationships with high-growth businesses – be that their founders, management team or investors. This could be through referrals / introductions or by targeting them by email, LinkedIn, Instagram or by phone – whatever it takes to get the attention of the UK’s most exciting and innovative businesses!

What you will need to be successful:

You are intellectually curious and always keen to learn

You have a great natural network and enjoy meeting new people

You are a creative thinker who is always coming up with new ideas

You like winning and finding ways of getting the outcome you want

You have a focus on great customer service and delivering on your promises

You are a confident communicator

You are a natural collaborator who enjoys working across multiple teams

You can seamlessly juggle multiple projects and conversations with external companies

You are growth minded and driven by shaping the future of the business

You are interested in sustainability and the positive impact businesses can have

You do not need to have any insurance experience! We will bring you up to speed on this!
