DENSO Automotive UK Ltd is based in the heart of the UK automotive industry and provides development engineering and account management for a number of car makers. Support with management of all Marketing, Communication and promotional activities for the UK Aftermarket operation. Ensure support to MarCom Manager and Regional Manager Sales in order to improve the visibility of Aftermarket products at the Clients providing all the communications tools and collaterals. MAIN TASKS OF THE JOB: Support with execution of an annual UK marketing and communication plan. Support and execution of effective national and local campaigns and incentive programmes for profitable sales & product development. Administering and controlling the Annual department budget and purchase order system. Support with building DENSO Brand awareness through extensive national, customer and local PR activity. Organise and support the UK & Ireland trade and customer events from creation, build and implementation. Maintain, control and distribute all marketing and CRM databases. Manage and effectively communicate European projects and tasks as required. Provide a monthly report on Marketing and promotional activities, budget control and competitor information to the Management team. Interface professionally and effectively with the Sales, Marketing and Product management teams in the UK and European organisation. Manage and efficiently maintain UK catalogue, Merchandise and P.O.S. material requirements. Maintain regular and professional communication with all relevant UK & Ireland agencies and publications maximising DENSO brand awareness of all targeted publications. Define and construct briefing documents for agencies. Proofread designs and editorial. Ensure conformance to brand guidelines. Personnel:

No direct supervisory responsibilities. Have to work on your own initiative, achieve deadlines and act professionally in their representation of the DENSO UK Aftermarket operation in the marketplace. Resources:

Control financial budget against defined criteria. Maximise activity/plans against set budget. Planning:

Implement and deliver short, medium and long term plans. Manage financial resources effectively and control external customer and supplier activity. Manage and plan own time effectively and efficiently. Deliver accurate and regular reports. Decisions:

Financial decisions to be made against the set budgets, defined criteria and internal processes and authorisations in place in DNEU/DNUK. Supplier agreements, negotiations, cost downs etc. can be actioned within scope of Budgets and authorisation levels. Supervision:

Direct reporting line to the Pan EU Strategic Marketing Manager. Functional responsibility to UK & Ireland Regional Manager. Contacts:

High level of contacts with customer, supplier, agency and internal company stakeholders. Working Conditions:

Located in an open-plan office based in DNUK Coventry. Hybrid working pattern (Home/Office). Regular travel to Suppliers, Agencies, exhibitions, trade events and customers. Regular travel within the UK and Europe with overnight stays.
