We are specifically searching for candidates who sell into MRG's. You don't necessarily need category experience. For example, you might be selling wine or spirits into the same businesses. However, it is imperative that you have good experience of selling in the on-trade.
This role is focused on growth as this is an area that has not had a dedicated team before. Therefore, we are searching for candidates who are motivated by winning new business and enjoy the thrill of the chase. In return, the business is offering a 50% (uncapped) bonus scheme based on volume.
You can be based anywhere in the North as this is a field-based position, with very limited exposure to the office. After all, it's expected that you'll be out in the field.
The successful candidate for this position can expect a salary between £40,000-£55,000 (DOE) with the mentioned 50% bonus, car allowance, pension, and life assurance.
