We are currently seeking a Site Manager to oversee a supermarket conversion in the Rugby area. This is a temporary position with a duration of 20 weeks on days.

Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure the successful completion of the supermarket project. Oversee all aspects of the project, including safety, quality control, and scheduling. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Ensure the project meets all timelines, budget requirements, and health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and meetings with the client.

Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager with a background in supermarket refurbishment or similar retail sector projects. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations on construction sites. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. CSCS Card, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
