Work closely with the People Team to manage timesheets, absences, recruitment, and contract offers, ensuring efficient workflow management. Maintenance Oversight

Supervise on-shift engineers to ensure maintenance tasks are completed effectively, supporting smooth operations. Employee Engagement

Champion employee engagement by actively addressing team concerns and encouraging a culture of respect and collaboration. Candidate Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need significant experience leading large teams in a fast-paced warehouse or retail environment. You should have a proven track record in optimizing performance, meeting high standards, and embodying our core values. Key Skills and Qualifications: Leadership Experience:

Proven ability to manage large teams and inspire high performance in a dynamic environment. Resource Planning Expertise:

Skilled in aligning headcount with operational demands and budgetary goals. Technical Skills:

Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Analytical Skills:

Strong focus on meeting KPIs and delivering measurable results. Health & Safety Knowledge:

Understanding of H&S procedures (IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH preferred). Education:
