Care Expert/Marketing - Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends What does the role involve? Needs to be a driver. Prior experience is desirable but not essential as full paid training is provided. However, it is

essential that you are a car driver due to the nature of the work as this is a community-based role. At Bluebird Care Ashford, we respect the importance of our care experts at all times! What you do out in the community on a daily basis doesn't go unnoticed. As a care expert, you make such a difference to the lives of the people you visit. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities: Support marketing activities and outreach efforts when required. Able to cover colleagues' absence on short notice. Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support. Administer medication and monitor clients' health. Assist with mobility and physical exercises. Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Requirements: Previous experience as a Care Expert or in a similar role is preferred but not essential as full paid training is provided. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
