Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
who can provide operational input to the pre-construction team, working closely with the commercial and design managers. This role will last for a number of months and will then lead to full operational project management on-site, supported by a full site management team. The project is in excess of £50M and is in the high-rise residential sector; therefore, some exposure to similar projects is essential (high-rise residential, commercial, student accommodation, hotels, etc.). It is also essential that you have a good understanding of the pre-construction phase and can work effectively in a team with the ability to influence decisions.
