In this role, you will be responsible for delivering product integration workstreams to meet customer and contractual obligations. You will apply engineering processes, tools, and approaches to develop innovative solutions to contracts and specifications. Additionally, you will define and govern Whole Boat Design policies, processes, and guidance. Your responsibilities also include ensuring that major systems and functions are defined, integrated, and configured through development during the design and build phases. You will perform engineering coordination and review activities to assure the safety and compliance of our products, alongside interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to deliver product integration against an agreed requirement framework. We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a global defense engineering organization focused on the design, development, and integration of a major new submarine program. This position would be ideal for service leavers with submarine engineering experience. We expect you to work across multiple systems workstreams, ensuring that all competing design drivers are considered, evaluated, and prioritized. The salary for this position ranges from £40,000 to £50,000, in addition to a bonus and other benefits.
