Senior Production Supervisor
Location: Willand EX15 Salary: £32,500 Previous experience in a production supervisor role at a senior level is required. Job Summary
Working in Willand in-between junctions 27 and 28 of the M5 (no work from home option). The factory hours are 0600 to midnight, weekdays. This role will start at 0530 until 16:30 Monday to Thursday with overtime (if required) on Fridays. Responsibilities and Duties
Supervising start-ups. Monitoring staff, staff breaks, and end of shift practices. Deploying staff and redeploying in instances where the plan changes. Checking production paperwork. Taking part in monthly stock checks and carrying out weekly packaging stock checks. Taking a key role in the daily 'walkabout' monitoring good manufacturing procedures throughout the site. Qualifications and Skills
Good natured, motivated, cooperative, proactive, positive, and responsive to the requirements of their customer-focused business. A 'people person' who can be tough with kindness. Ability to cope calmly under pressure and to prioritize. Previous experience in a production supervisor role at a senior level is required. Benefits
