Our client, an SME electronics business in York, seeks to appoint an Engineering Manager to oversee their design team. You must have ten years of design engineer experience, be fully proficient with modern electronic manufacturing methodology, and have a minimum of two years of management/senior leadership experience. Managing a team of design engineers, the appointed Engineering Manager will manage multiple projects, delivering on time and on budget design work, ensuring all customer deadlines are met.

Able to quickly interpret a client's requirements and translate this into a specification for a member(s) of your team
