Working closely with the Director of Revenue CP Hotels, you will assist in overseeing the Revenue function of our vast Portfolio of CP Hotels. Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor behaviour to develop effective revenue strategies. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional efforts. Utilize data-driven insights to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed. Prepare and present comprehensive reports highlighting revenue performance and opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in revenue management. Qualifications

Previous experience in Front Office or Reservations is an advantage. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. A passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to deliver exceptional results. Additional Information
