A well-established, design & build engineering contractor based in Potters Bar is looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to work on commercial and education projects in London and Home Counties.

They are currently looking to recruit a new experienced Project Manager. You would be expected to possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in managing multi-disciplined Mechanical Services Installations, preferably in the Commercial Sector, with responsibilities including: Programming Technical Submittals Procurement Sub-contractor and Labour Management Cost Control Progress Reporting Health & Safety Project & Programme Implementation Understanding of design and drawings Technical & Progress Meetings Regular Site Inspection and Snagging Compilation of O&M Manuals Experience and Qualifications
Suitable qualifications and a proven track record of technical and financial success in this role is essential, together with a commitment to meeting targets for customer service and quality. Necessary requirements are: CSCS Black Card Mechanical qualifications HNC or higher (time served will be considered if coupled with dedicated experience in the relevant sector) Experience delivering projects up to £3m Experience on commercial projects Remuneration
