Key Responsibilities: Emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHUs, pumps, FCUs, VAVs, VRVs, splits, and general air conditioning. Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three-phase power, and motors. Qualifications Required: City and Guilds level 3 in electrical installations as a minimum. 17th Edition certification.
