Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer - Air Conditioning
Location: Durham and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £44,000 per annum
We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team. This role involves handling both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks, providing the opportunity to contribute to maintaining critical systems and ensuring a high standard of service across the contract.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and HVAC systems. Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). Troubleshoot and repair air conditioning and HVAC units to ensure optimal performance. Maintain accurate records of works carried out, ensuring full documentation for clients. Provide excellent customer service, acting as the first point of contact for clients.
Skills and Experience: Proven ability to perform PPM and handle reactive maintenance tasks. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, servicing, and repair. Knowledge of relevant regulations, including F-Gas certification and health and safety standards. Additional electrical qualifications are highly desirable. Full driving license.
