The postholder will be a high performing skilled Specialist Paediatric Nurse, working across Modality East Surrey Division and be required to deliver face-to-face clinical activity providing expert nursing care to children and young people in a primary care setting, working closely with families, GPs, and multidisciplinary teams. Experience
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in paediatric care. Experience working in a primary care or community setting is desirable. Skills and Knowledge
Advanced clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and families. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and child protection legislation. Attributes
Compassionate, patient-focused, and adaptable. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to improving health outcomes for children and young people. Experience in asthma, diabetes, or allergy management. Training in Advanced Paediatric Life Support (APLS) or equivalent. Familiarity with EMIS patient record systems. Qualifications
