Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best match for each role Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job brief to successful placement
The ideal Recruitment Consultant's Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of recruitment experience Confident and kind personality Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A positive attitude, resilience, and a hunger for success
