Outpatient & Pre-Assessment Charge Nurse Right now we have an opportunity for a Charge Nurse/Ward Sister to join our team at The Glendon Wood Hospital & Woodlands Hospital. The Role: Working as part of the wider clinical team to provide a high standard of efficient, individualised patient care. A strong communicator with exceptional standards for customer service standards. Adhering to all of Ramsay's policies and procedures to ensure the best possible clinical outcomes for patients. A strong advocate of the Ramsay Way and People Caring for People, we actively encourage newly qualified nurses to apply for this position. We are currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Charge Nurse to join the Outpatient Team on a full time basis. We are able to support training and development to new candidates to deliver a high standard of clinical care whilst ensuring patient safety, dignity and confidentiality. What you'll do: Help lead the team by working closely with the Ward Manager. You will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes. Demonstrate excellent and a high standard of clinical practice with excellent clinical outcomes. Prioritise patient's health and wellbeing across a complex Pathway and changing caseload. Communicate delivery and outcomes of care to patients and to other members of the team. Maintain excellent standards with infection control. What you'll bring with you: Registered nursing qualification or equivalent Leadership experience within a Hospital environment.
