About the Role:

Conduct routine repair, calibration/adjustment, diagnosis, service, support, and upgrades to all solutions products. Provide detailed product feedback/route cause analysis so that corrective action can be implemented. As required, provide customer support via telephone/email/tickets regarding technical repair issues.

About You: You must have experience in a related field with strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with using electronic test equipment required, e.g., oscilloscopes, digital voltmeters, and signal generators. Able to effectively use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook. Previous experience with SAP/Oracle platforms would be an advantage. A degree in electronics or equivalent would be a bonus.

Key Information: Role: Service Engineer Salary: Circa £35,000 Location: West Malling (On-Site) Eligibility: British Citizenship holders due to security clearance requirements.

Due to the nature of work undertaken at our client's site, incumbents of these positions are required to meet special nationality rules and therefore these vacancies are only open to British Citizens. Applicants who meet this criteria will also be required to undergo security clearance vetting, if not already security cleared to a minimum SC level.
