Electrical Contracts Engineer / Manager - Stockton-on-Tees
This is a great opportunity for an Electrical Supervisor / Manager who is very personable with good commercial awareness to progress to the next level. You will have regular interaction with project managers and contracts managers from the top 10 UK construction companies. Spend 50% of your time in the office and 50% on sites, dealing with your own projects from start to finish. Electrical installation values would range from £100k - £1 Million. Management and correct allocation of labour and materials is essential, working on small to large construction projects within commercial.
Responsibilities:
Management of Electrical labour and materials, including Electricians, mates, and Improvers. Take responsibility for spending on projects. Liaise with clients, site supervisors, and project managers. Oversee running the P&L for projects. Occasionally work in the office, with the majority of time site-based in the North East of England, near Stockton-on-Tees.
Requirements:
JIB qualified Electrician / Manager. Experienced in SWA, lighting, and containment work within commercial or utilities sites. Good commercial site experience. Must be within a commutable distance of Stockton-on-Tees.
Salary:
Up to £55k basic + package.
