As a Structural Welder, you will be responsible for welding metal components to assemble structural forms according to engineering drawings and specifications.
Duties
Perform welding tasks using various techniques such as Stick welding. Read and interpret engineering drawings to fabricate metal structures. Utilize power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and weld metal components. Assemble and weld sheet metal parts to construct structural forms. Conduct quality checks on welded structures to ensure they meet specifications. Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve welding issues. Qualifications
Proficient in welding techniques including Stick welding. Experience in working with sheet metal and assembling metal structures. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Competent in using power tools and hand tools for cutting and shaping metal. Basic maths skills for measurements and calculations. Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm Pay : $14.00 per hour Expected hours : No less than 39 per week
