Ensure agents are meeting required KPI Ensure all agents meet required compliance standards Ensure agents provide debtors with the required information, utilizing client systems and available evidence to maximize the collection opportunity.
The Person: Have a strong understanding of the department's processes and compliance Able to work under pressure and with initiative, including being creative with ideas for projects Local to Warrington
