We have an exciting opportunity to join our growing team as a Workshop Supervisor. In this role you are a key influencer who will work closely with both the Service Reception and Parts Teams. Become part of what is already a fantastic journey. The possibilities are endless.

What does the role of Workshop Supervisor involve?

Accounting for and managing Technicians time when working on jobs.

Ensuring Job Card write up compliance with regards to OEM Warranty Procedures.

Managing and improving workshop Productivity and Efficiency by allocating the correct jobs to the correctly skilled technician.

Identifying Technician Training Needs.

What do you need to succeed as a Workshop Supervisor?

Proven experience within a service department in the motor industry.

An excellent understanding of systems and processes operated to within this environment.

A strong knowledge of Health and Safety.

Confident with dealing with people at all levels, be able to build an immediate rapport.

Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Comfortable in negotiating and influencing situations.

Lead by example to deliver an outstanding customer experience every time.
