We are looking for a Maximo Systems Analyst where you will develop, implement, and maintain Maximo data. We are new to this world, so your depth of knowledge will be essential. One of your key focuses will be to engage with the business and end users to understand and resolve problems while making informed decisions to implement new solutions. The role Provide hands-on configuration of the Maximo system including asset hierarchies and preventative maintenance schedules. Maintain the Maximo system by giving recommendations and implementing, testing, and deploying updates to the system and business. Develop customised reporting and operational dashboards to optimise communication of the Maximo data. Provide expertise on the integration of asset and work management data with other enterprise systems. Provide technical support and training to staff and external users of Maximo and create user documentation and guides. Collaborate across the wider business, being the champion and first point of contact for Maximo-related projects. About you Depth of experience and knowledge of a Maximo Asset Management System within a complex environment. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels while translating technical information using appropriate language to various audiences. Ability to apply business processes to a Maximo system to deliver effective system and business solutions. Natural curiosity to stay up to date and active with recent developments in asset management methodologies, technologies, and practices. Ability to use strategic thinking and foresight to identify what is important with an innovative approach.
