What you'll be doing: You'll be involved in the end-to-end management of a wide range of property projects across our estate. You'll maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers and work closely with a variety of other areas of the business. You'll make sure that all statutory compliance requirements are met and managed effectively as well as assist in liaising and managing any property-related requests from the wider business. Using AutoCAD, you'll be responsible for the design of our wide-ranging property projects.
What you'll have: Experience in general construction and fit-out management, ideally from a construction project management background within a commercial property environment. An academic qualification in Construction and Project Management coupled with recent experience in the project management of commercial fit-out work. Ability to use AutoCAD is essential. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles. Sound knowledge of Building Regulations. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards. Familiarity with construction/project management software such as MS Project. Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full driving licence is required.
