Network Control Data Analyst , where you'll play a pivotal role in harnessing data to drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making. As part of this role, you will analyse complex data sets related to flight planning, network operations, crewing, and disruption, leveraging coding languages and tools like Data Bricks. Collaborating closely with operational teams, you'll identify areas for improvement and efficiency, standardising analysis methodologies and presenting actionable insights through visually appealing dashboards. You'll work in line with best practices in data analytics and governance, ensuring recommendations are implemented effectively to drive continuous improvement. From problem definition to implementation, you'll take ownership of data analysis, working cross-functionally to deliver sustainable solutions that enhance overall business success. What you need to do this role Proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI is preferred, along with a commitment to learning coding languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data extraction and manipulation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and thrive in high-pressure environments, demonstrating adaptability and organisational prowess. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, while strong influencing and consultative abilities are valued. A willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest developments in data analytics and visualisation is crucial.
