About The Role We now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Project Manager to join the Sunbelt Rentals IT Team. In this new role, you will report into the Digital Transformation Programme Manager. You will be responsible for leading and managing projects using Agile methodologies within the organization. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects aimed at enhancing the company's digital capabilities and improving operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include: Project Planning and Management:

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Agile Methodologies:

Implement and promote Agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean. Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with various departments, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for Agile projects. Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Team Leadership:

Lead cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Risk Management:

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle. Change Management:

Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new Agile practices and processes. Provide training and support to end-users. Performance Monitoring:

Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Measure project success against predefined KPIs and objectives. Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance project delivery and outcomes Release Planning and Coordination : Be responsible for planning and coordinating software releases. This involves working closely with development, Quality Assurance, and operations teams to ensure releases are scheduled and executed smoothly. They must ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the release schedule and any potential impacts What can we offer you in return? About You To succeed in this role you will have significant previous IT Project Management experience and be able to demonstrate a proven track record of successful delivery. Essential: Proven experience in managing projects using Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

A self-motivated approach, willing to take the initiative and be adaptable A high level of organisation and planning skills and attention to detail. Desirable:

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification. Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps. Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
