As a Mid-Level Android Engineer at Bally's, you will play a significant role in shaping the landscape of our Android application development. You will have the autonomy to make important technical decisions and to mentor junior members. You'll be part of a vibrant team that is driving our company's growth through developing innovative native applications. So, what will you be doing?

Lead the development and maintenance of Android applications, working independently and making informed decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, providing technical guidance where necessary. Ensure the application of best practices in Android development, including code quality, performance, and user experience. Oversee code reviews, refactoring, and testing activities to ensure the delivery of robust and efficient software. Stay current with the latest Android technologies and industry trends and help inform the team's strategic direction. Mentor junior team members and contribute significantly to improving team practices. And what are we looking for?

Several years of experience in Android app development using Java or Kotlin. In-depth knowledge of Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle. Solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Extensive experience with Git or other version control systems. This is what you'll get
