The Reconciliation Analyst will handle the reconciliation process, ensuring risks are managed, internal controls are effective, and all regulations are followed. Key duties include reviewing financial data, creating audit reports, and offering advice on improving operations. The role also involves identifying cost-saving opportunities, addressing risks, and maintaining communication with the team and stakeholders. Additionally, the Reconciliation Analyst will follow up on audits and stay informed about industry rules and standards.

Working Hours:

10 AM to 6 PM local time.

Tasks & Responsibilities: Perform and manage the reconciliation cycle, including risk management and control management over operations' effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations. Determine internal control scope and develop annual plans. Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts, etc. Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document the process. Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality, and goal achievement. Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost-saving opportunities. Maintain open communication with the team and other stakeholders. Document, process, and prepare audit findings memorandum. Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions. Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards. Experience & Qualification Requirements:

0-2 years of experience as an auditor, reconciliation agent, or in a similar role. SQL skills. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and compile detailed reports. High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. Sound independent judgment. Open to all degrees. Nice to Have:
