Keep reading! We are seeking an organised, proactive, and people-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Administrator & Recruitment Coordinator to cover maternity leave. This role combines HR administrative tasks with end-to-end recruitment responsibilities. The successful candidate will support the HR team in ensuring efficient daily operations and play a critical role in attracting, screening, and onboarding new talent. Complete all HR administrative tasks such as contract changes, references, etc. Manage the administration of the Company Pension and Private Medical Schemes. Build effective working relationships with staff at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and HR-related issues, to support understanding and ensure effective communication of HR practice. Complete exit interviews and provide regular feedback to the line managers to put action plans in place to ensure retention rates are managed. Provide the administration support for Maternity Leave and guidance. Support on the delivery of HR Training workshops to upskill line managers. Support on any HR-related projects where required. Assist with promoting equality and diversity across the company and sustain an inclusive working environment. Assist with payroll when required. Recruitment Coordination

Assist all hiring managers with the recruitment of their vacant positions. Coordinate and arrange all candidate interviews and attend them when required. Complete all administrative documentation for vacant positions, writing internal and external job adverts, screen CVs, and review and file interview evaluation forms. Offer and regret candidates. Complete all administrative work on Greenhouse (ATS) and maintain records within the system. Conduct Recruitment Training to new hiring managers as required. Manage relationships and third-party arrangements with external agencies. Manage relationships with external job boards, in particular, Indeed. Manage the company LinkedIn recruitment account and collaborate with our Engagement & Internal Communications Manager on the company page content. Complete all new starter right to work checks in person and virtually. Prepare all contracts for new starters. Seek references for new starters. Do you have the below skills? Experience in an administration and/or HR or recruitment-based role, preferably within a similar industry or environment. Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees, and stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and time-management skills. Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving HR or recruitment challenges.
