IT Service Improvement Manager Permanent Remote - Occasional travel to Luton Office. Once a month. The Role We are looking for an IT Service Improvement Manager to work within the IT Team. You will be responsible for providing Service Improvement advice, guidance and options to improve and enhance the current Group Service delivery function, as well as owning and running ITIL processes within the Group. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and suggesting possible Service improvements Determining Service improvements based on Stakeholder engagement or issue resolution Providing accurate information on Service Improvement initiatives Creating and maintaining comprehensive ITIL management strategies for Impellam Fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers Proactively communicating service delivery updates and improvements Implementing policies for the acquisition, maintenance, relocation and disposal of assets Prioritising customer satisfaction by managing service quality, response times, and user experience Essential Skills/Experience: In-depth knowledge of IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL Proficiency in IT service tools and technologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to prioritize tasks and resources effectively Excellent communication skills Good customer service skills Proven experience as a help desk technician or in a customer support role ITIL or Change Management Certification What Can We Offer You?
