- Build a trusting relationship with our clients in order to help them to achieve their specific weight loss goals. - Provide free weekly personalized dietetic consultations - Take body measurements - Explain the links between different foods - Give support to Naturhouse HQ team - Total responsibility of the store: image, hygiene, sales, client acquisition - Review and analyze the client´s food diary - Obtain and ensure customer loyalty - Prepare a personalized nutritional plan using Naturhouse products - Analysis of the Consultation Sheets, and also of the results obtained - Management of the online store (telephone consultation and preparation of products) - Control over the inventory - Analysis of the Weekly Control Sheets and Follow-ups with the Commercial Department. - Perform all types of activities to promote the NaturHouse Method - Responsibility over the till, filling up the Control Sheet -Good Personal Presentation: the personal aspect and uniform must be perfect and pleasant to the public. -Proper education and correct addressing of the client. All Naturhouse stores offer personalized attention through the guidance of dietitians. After a nutritional evaluation, they will design a program especially for you that will help reduce and control your weight. The Naturhouse Method is based on eating habits reeducation which will allow you to easily achieve healthy weight. Clients have to visit the center on a weekly basis until each clients' goals are achieved. Then clients have to follow a maintenance period in order to stabilize the weight; this period should be as many weeks as the lost kilos.
