£180 - £230 Per Day
Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Roofer with slating, tiling and lead working experience to repair properties in the South-East, around London and Kent. To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to work at height and use hand tools. The role will require you to work from ladders and scaffolds for long hours at a time.
Our client strongly encourages applications from ex-military personnel but all candidates will be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in building roofs using various materials and tools Repair or replace broken materials Use hand tools and other equipment (e.g., scaffold, ladder) Follow Health and Safety regulations Skills and Qualifications: At least 5 years experience NVQ Level 2 or 3 in roofing is desirable but not essential Slating Tiling Lead working Requirements: Have full UK driving licence Have own vehicle Have own tools and PPE Physical strength and good balance Ability to work at heights for long hours Health and Safety Awareness
