Overview The TTS Treasury Manager role is fast-paced, operational, and central to our daily success. You will oversee and manage key treasury functions including cash management, liquidity planning, financial risk management, and funding, working closely with senior management to optimize financial risk.
Key Responsibilities Cash and Liquidity Management:
Oversee daily liquidity management to meet operational needs while maximizing efficiency in capital deployed. Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks, implementing and monitoring hedging strategies. Treasury Systems & Processes:
Develop, implement, and improve treasury systems and processes for accurate and efficient operations. Support Head of Treasury:
Assist with strategic planning, capital allocation, process improvements, and bank relationship management.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a treasury management role, preferably in fintech or financial services. Attributes:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to work under pressure. Proven Track Record:
Experience in cash management, liquidity forecasting, and financial risk management. Education:
Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar. Professional Certifications:
ACT or CFA is an advantage. Skills:
Strong understanding of treasury products, financial markets, and risk management techniques.
