Bonus Exciting opportunity to join a Global Invoice Finance provider that offers flexible working capital solutions as their Head of the UK, Invoice Finance. This position is home-based, ideally located in London or the Central Corridor. Our client is a leading provider of working capital solutions, helping SMEs and mid-sized corporates manage their cash flow and liquidity needs. With a strong presence in Europe and North America, the company is committed to supporting businesses through innovative financial products and exceptional client service. Key metrics for the role include: Managing a core UK portfolio of €40m (monthly funding of €20m). Providing invoice funding lines from £200k up to £5m, with potential for £10m for the right clients. Funding single invoice, single debtor, and multiple invoice/debtor transactions, including domestic and international transactions. Funding in Euro/GBP and USD. Managing 100 active UK clients and growing. Responsibility for both sales and relationship managers in the team. Leading a team of 5, with plans for growth. Access to in-house marketing and IT teams.

Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market penetration in the UK. Lead and manage the UK team, fostering a high-performance culture. Collaborate with senior management to align UK operations with global objectives.

Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, including brokers and debt advisors. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Oversee the delivery of tailored financial solutions to meet clients' working capital needs.

Financial Expertise: Utilise in-depth knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in trade and receivables finance. Provide expert advice to clients on managing liquidity and optimising cash flow. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.

Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand footprint in the UK. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to attract new clients. Profile Qualifications: Extensive experience in financial services, with a focus on invoice finance. Previous leadership roles are highly desirable. A degree in finance, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, ACCA) are a plus. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Proficiency in financial analysis and risk management. Personal Attributes: Ability to inspire and motivate a team. Dedicated to understanding and meeting client needs.
