Join our dynamic team as an Event and Digital Marketing Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in organizing and promoting various corporate events, including conferences and virtual gatherings. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your event management and digital marketing skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of event planning and management, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, event setup, and day-of-event operations. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns for events, including content creation and distribution through social media platforms and other online channels. Monitor social media and online forums to engage with the audience, respond to queries, and gather feedback to improve future events. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure event success. Track event metrics to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to keep our events innovative and engaging. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in event planning or a similar role. Proficient in social media platforms and digital marketing tools. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for negotiation and problem-solving. Creative thinker with attention to detail. Company Overview
