Our incredible team is a blend of passionate staff and volunteers who champion diversity, inclusivity, and understanding. We hail from diverse walks of life, forming a vibrant community of change-makers. Our ultimate goal? To amplify awareness of LGBTQ+ matters and advocate for the rights that ensure equal lives for all.

With a diverse and dedicated year-round team of around 150 volunteers, we orchestrate Pride in London, the incredible event that unites us all. Your unique voice can contribute to the symphony! Your role We're seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to volunteer with Pride in London's digital team. You'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our website, ensuring it effectively serves our diverse LGBTQ+ community. Key Responsibilities: Lead the technical development of our website platform Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces Develop and maintain back-end functionality Create and optimize database structures Ensure website security and performance Implement SEO best practices Collaborate with content team and designers Document technical processes and standards Troubleshoot technical issues What You'll Bring: Experience with modern web development frameworks Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills Back-end development experience Database management capabilities Version control (Git) proficiency Understanding of web security principles Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards Problem-solving mindset Good communication skills Role Details: This is a volunteer role, overseeing a team of web developers and content editors, reporting into the Deputy Directors of Communications.
