To help achieve this, we're seeking a visionary Head of Data and Information Management to lead our digital transformation and drive data excellence across the project.

What You'll Do:

As the Head of Data and Information Management, you'll spearhead our digitalisation strategy, ensuring that data and information management are at the heart of everything we do.

You will:

Develop and implement a cutting-edge vision for digitalisation across construction, engineering, and supply chain functions. Lead a multidisciplinary team of experts, fostering innovation and embedding best practices in data and information management. Oversee data architecture, quality, and governance to ensure consistent, efficient processes across the Sizewell C project. Enable advanced performance measurement and reporting practices to keep the project on track and deliver maximum value. Drive modern, data-centric ways of working within Sizewell C and our Tier 1 supply chain. Manage critical multi-million-pound investments that underpin project success. Engage with key stakeholders, including government departments, regulators, and external partners, ensuring alignment and trust.

Leadership skills: You've successfully built and managed high-performing teams, delivering large-scale, impactful projects. Collaboration and influence: You're a skilled communicator, comfortable engaging with senior executives, regulators, and diverse stakeholders. Technical proficiency: You bring strong engineering, systems-analysis, and digitalisation expertise to the table. Proven experience: You've led data and information management capabilities for major infrastructure programmes, or other complex operations, creating innovative cultures and driving operational excellence.
