Must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a lettings negotiator within an estate agency in the central London area. Driving licence NOT required. You'll have a fantastic revenue stream and the opportunity to get fully involved in the company's growth. Main Responsibilities:
Agreeing tenancies and sales and liaising between sellers, landlords, buyers, and applicant tenants. Producing tenancy agreements and undertaking 'right to rent' checks. Tenancy renewals. Listing properties on property portals. Delivering letters and flyers. Giving feedback and updates to clients and maintaining good client relationships. Property inspections. Organising and undertaking viewings. Business development: securing new sales. Marketing and administration. All other related tasks. Personal Attributes:
Ambitious. Confident. Hardworking. Very organised and self-motivated. Excellent client service abilities. Professional approach. Strong verbal and written communication. IT Proficient - MS Office Word, Excel. Qualifications:
Degree educated. Working Hours:
Full time Monday to Friday, 40 hour week, Monday to Thursday 9.30 am - 6.30 pm. Friday 9.30 am - 6 pm with 1 day early finish at 5 pm. One hour for lunch. Compensation:
