Is this your next role? We are looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to join an award-winning video production company based in central London. As Business Development Manager you will be set key objectives to achieve individual and team targets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Business Development Manager works closely with the team to drive sales performance and deliver successful outcomes for their projects. This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to contribute to overall growth.

Key responsibilities Identifying and developing global business opportunities through research and networking Building relationships with decision-makers and negotiating effectively Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets Thinking creatively to drive commercial success Communicating clearly across all channels (written, phone, in-person) Gaining deep knowledge of company offerings and client needs Understanding market dynamics, including sector pressures and economic factors Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline Maintaining a professional, positive approach at all times

Key skills 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in media or subscriptions Passion for media and content creation Proven success in BDM roles across diverse projects and industries Experience selling to C-suite decision-makers Strong research skills and ability to understand industry-specific challenges Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and LinkedIn Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills Confident, adaptable, and self-motivated

To be successful as the Business Development Manager, you will be ambitious with a growth mindset. You will be an expert negotiator and have a highly organised approach to developing partnerships.
