This is a fantastic opportunity and an exciting time to join the newly formed Continuous Improvement (CI) function. You will be supporting with the deployment of the Law Society’s Continuous Improvement approach through the delivery of improvement work using CI methodology and tools, in addition to delivering learning courses to build the CI capability across the organisation. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Lead, the role holder will build strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation to drive CI opportunities, activities, engagement and learning. This is a varied role which will see you work across all departments using a variety of CI methods and tools, where no day will look the same. What we're looking for

You will have specialist knowledge and experience of CI methods and tools at Lean Green Belt level and experience of delivering improvements in line with CI methodologies, tools and artefacts across streams, including: Analysing processes Delivering process mapping Identifying and planning process re-engineering Conducting root cause analysis You will have experience of delivering CI training such as Standard Work, Waste Identification, Visual Management, and Problem Solving, both in-person and online. You will have experience of facilitating workshops for process mapping as well as the documentation of process maps. You will also have experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues across the organisation, including coaching and challenging to maximise benefits. What's in it for you
